Section 49A(2) in Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959
(2)In respect of the religious institution mentioned in sub-section (1), [the Government, the Commissioner or the Joint/Deputy Commissioner] [Substituted by Tamil Nadu Act 39 of 1996.], as the case may be, shall constitute a Board of Trustees in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 47 and the trustees shall hold office for the term specified in sub-section (3) of the said section 47]
