1. Vide order dated 04.10.2023, this Tribunal constituted a Joint Committee and directed the same to submit factual and action taken report within two months. The report of the Joint Committee has not been filed so far.
2. The report of the Joint Committee may be filed within two months by e-mail at [email protected] in the form of searchable PDF/OCR Support PDF and not in the form of Image PDF. In case of non-compliance exemplary costs may be imposed on the Members of the Joint Committee as well the UPPCB which is the nodal agency for coordination and compliance.
