Section 4 in The U.P. Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2007
4. Place of sitting and office hours of Forum:
- 4.1 Forum shall have an office at an accommodation to be provided and notified by the Distribution Licensee, and shall function six days a week from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and observe holidays as observed by the State Government.4.2The meings of theForum may be held at any other place within the jurisdiction of the said Forum as may be decided by the Chairperson.
