Act, 1934 (Madras Act VIII of 1934).], by the person specified in the application as the person to whose credit the deposit was to be entered;in [case (b) of that sub-section] [The words, figures and letters 'case (a) of sub-section (1) of section 68','case (b) of that subsection' and 'case (c) of that sub-section' were substituted respectively for the words and letters 'case (a) of the last foregoing section', 'case (6) of that section' and 'case (c) of that section' by section 45 of the Madras Estates Land (Amend.)
