Ref/20R. 15/81 dated 5th May, 1982.In exercise of the power conferred by section 20 of the Calcutta Thika Tenancy (Acquisition and Regulation) Act, 1981 (West Bengal Act No. 37 of 1981), the Governor is pleased hereby to make, after previous publication as required by sub-section (1) of the said section, the Calcutta ThikaTenancy (Acquisition and Regulation) Rules, 1982.
