67. Making up of slings-Cranes not to be used under Vessel's Coamings.
- Slings of imports goods shall be made up directly under open hatchway of any vessel unloading in the port and under no circumstances the port's cranes shall be employed for the purpose of breaking out or removing goods from under coamings.
