Section 43 in The Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir
43. Rules of Business.
- The [Governor] [Substituted for 'Sadar-i-Riyasat' by the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir (Sixth Amendment) Act, 1965.] shall make rules for the more convenient transaction of the business of the Government of the State and for the allocation among Ministers of the said business.
