Section 65(8) in The Himachal Pradesh Minor Canals Act, 1976
(8)disobeys any order or proclamation issued under this Act, or commits any breach of any rule made thereunder - shall be liable, on conviction before a judicial magistrate to fine not exceeding one thousand rupees or to imprisonment not exceeding one month or to both.
