Section 3A(iv) in The Sugarcane Control Order, 1966
(iv)[ The Central Government or the State Government or the Director of Agriculture or the Cane Commissioner or the District Magistrate, may allow a suitable rebate in the minimum price or the agreed price as the case may be, when the cane is supplied ex-field to sugar factories within their respective jurisdictions subject to the condition that the rebate so allowed shall not exceed the estimated expenditure on harvesting.] [Substituted by Sugarcane (Control) Amendment Order, 1981 (w.e.f. 3.7.1981).]
