565. List of persons who intend to appear at hearing.
- The petitioner or his Advocate shall prepare a list of the names and addresses of the persons who have given notice of their intention to appear at the hearing of the petition, and of their respective Advocates, which list shall be in prescribed form. On the day appointed for the hearing of the petition, a copy of the list (or, if no notice of intention to appear has been given, a statement in writing to that effect) shall be submitted by the petitioner or his Advocate to the Court prior to the hearing of the petition.Winding up order and Directions
