Section 4A(11) in Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021

(11)Every online gaming self-regulatory body shall prominently publish on its website, mobile based application or both, the framework for redressal of grievances and the contact details of the Grievance Officer to which an applicant aggrieved by a decision of such body with respect to verification may make a complaint in respect of any matter related to such online real money game or verification which shall be acknowledged by the Grievance Officer within twenty-four hours and resolved within a period of fifteen days from the date of its receipt.
