1. Shri C.S. Dehare, Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur would state that in future the revision applications shall be decided in accordance with Rule 5 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995 or any other statutory provision under which the revision has been preferred under different enactments.

2. It is common ground that the Collector, Janjgir-Champa has already remanded the matter to the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Dabhra, District Janjgir-Champa, with direction to decide the same. It is further directed that the said SDO (Revenue) shall decide the pending proceedings within a period of three months from today.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
