(3)The following facilities shall be made available to the students at every Hostel maintained or approved by the University.(i)Hygienic and sanitary conditions of living,(ii)Facilities for physical exercise,(iii)Facilities for medical inspection and assistance, and(iv)Proper messing arrangements.
