Section 47 in The U.P. Electricity Reforms Act, 1999
47. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or rules or regulations or orders made thereunder.
