Section 43 in Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University Chennai (Affiliation of Dental Colleges) Statutes
43.
All the norms prescribed by the Dental Council of India shall be applied by the University in the area not covered by the statutes, ordinances and regulations framed by the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai for the starting of a new Dental College. Thereupon, the University shall permit the college to admit the students who have provisionally registered their names with State Dental Council, in the Compulsory Rotatory Resident Internship Training Course of study.
