54. Delegation.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Vice-Chancellor, and with the previous approval of the Vice-Chancellor, the Registrar, may delegate any of his powers or duties conferred upon, imposed by or under this Act to an Officer under his direct administrative control.
