189. Procedure for appointment of distrainer.
On receipt of an application from a Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank, the State Co-operative Bank, a Central Co-operative Bank or a Primary Co-operative Credit Society, as the case may be, signed and verified by the Secretary or the Manager or any other person duly authorized by the board in this behalf setting forth full particulars of the property required to be distrained, the Registrar shall, if satisfied that the particulars set forth in the application are correct, appoint a distrainer.
