Section 1 in The Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1998
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)The Act may be called the Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1998.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
