Prohibition in respect of air pollutant .-No owner, occupier, lessee or any other occupant of the premises shall allow or cause to be allowed any air pollutant above the standards, laid down under clause (g) of sub-section (1) of section 17 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (14 of 1981).
