Section 13(1) in Bihar School Examination Board Act, 2019
(1)The following shall be the officers of the Board, namely -(i)Chairman,(ii)Vice-Chairman,(iii)Secretary,(iv)Head of Department (HoD) of different wings, as defined in sub-section (2) of this section,(v)Such other officers as mentioned in Appendix-2,(vi)Such other officers as may be prescribed by Rules made under this Act or as may be decided by the Board, from time to time.
