Section 26(3)(b) in Orissa Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 2004

(b)In any other case, the receipt of such application shall be acknowledged within three days of receipt and the receipt of every such application along with plan, boundary description and land schedule, which would facilitate easy identification of the area applied for shall be acknowledged in FORM-C.
