Section 142(5) in The Goa, Daman and Diu School Education Rules, 1986
(5)The function of the Pupils' Fund Advisory Committee shall be -(a)to discuss and pass budget for expenditure from the funds;(b)to deal with all other matters relating to the proper utilisation of the Pupils' Fund.
