1. Mr Satyakam, learned ASC, has drawn our attention to the order dated 22.01.2021 passed by the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.25942/2020.
1.1. Via this order, the Supreme Court has stayed the interim order dated 24.04.2019, passed by the coordinate Bench in the instant petition.
2. Mr Satyakam informs us that the said SLP is still pending adjudication.
3. We may note that there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3.1. Adverse orders, qua the petitioner, are deferred.
4. Accordingly, list the matter on 24.04.2023.
