Heard.
Though the learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for filing
certain documents, it is observed that the present petition has
been filed by the petitioner alleging that the respondents

authorities are laying down high tension line and for that purpose have deviated from the plan and project etc. The learned counsel for the respondents has filed a reply and stated that the entire work has been done in accordance with the sanction plan and as only towers are being installed, question of acquisition of land does not arise. It is also stated that compensation for damage has already been paid to the petitioner. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and from a perusal of the record, it is observed that the petitioner has filed a representation Annexure P-17 before the Collector Satna which is pending adjudication.

In the circumstances as the aforesaid aspect is required to be looked into by the authority concern at local level, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner may approach the respondent Collector for mitigation of his grievance.

It goes without saying that in case the petitioner does so, the Collector shall take a decision on representation of the petitioner expeditiously, in accordance with law, after hearing all concerned. With the aforesaid observation the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of.
