(3)The transporter using road transport shall provide to the person in charge of transportation, a typed list or computer printout on his letterhead of persons who will be directly involved in the transportation of the consignment of the arms and ammunition, containing their names and identity numbers and such list shall be attached to a certified copy of the license in Form XIV:Provided that the transporter shall get the police verification of the antecedents of his employees before assigning them any duty related to such transportation of arms or ammunition.
