Information sought:-
The applicant has requested the Supdt. of Post offices HANAMKONDA Division for the provision of a postal letter box at MEDARAM VILLAGE, TADWAI MANDAL, WARANGAL District on 14/08/2012 and reminded on 26/09/2012, 12/11/2012, 28/12/2012, 04/02/2013, 18/03/2013 and 10/06/2013. Applicant wants to know the dates of receipts of all the letters in your office and supply the photocopies of the respective date-wise office notes alongwith the orders of the Supdt. of Post office HANAMKONDA Division, HANAMKONDA- 506001 and also furnish the reasons as to why there is no response from the O/o the Supdt. of Post office HANAMKONDA Division for my above said letters.

The CPIO has not provided the desired information.
Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing: The following were present Appellant: Absent Respondent: Mr. S Murthy CPIO's representative through VC M: 09000595607 Page 1 of 2 The appellant was given an opportunity to participate in the hearing but he is absent. The CPIO's representative stated that part information as requested by the appellant in his RTI application dated 21/08/2013 was provided vide letter dated 27/09/2013. He submitted that the appellant is pleading for providing a letter box at MEDARAM village which falls under Hanamkonda division and he will request the concerned CPIO to supply the information.
Decision notice:
As stated by the CPIO's representative he should request the CPIO Hanamkonda to supply the information requested by the appellant within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
