Section 1 in The Madras Port Petroleum Rules, 1963
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
-(i) These rules may be called "The Madras Port Petroleum Rules, 1963".(ii)They extend to the whole of the Madras Port area.(iii)They shall come into force from the date of publication.
