Section 92(1) in Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning and Development Act, 1998
(1)The Board and the Authority shall constitute for the benefit of their whole time paid members, officers and other employees, in such manner and subject to such conditions, as may be prescribed, such pension and provident funds as it may deem fit.
