Section 20(1) in Telangana Intermediate Education Act, 1971
(1)The Board of Intermediate Education constituted and functioning immediately before the commencement of this Act under executive orders of the Government (hereinafter referred to as existing Board) shall cease to exist on the date on which a Board is established in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
