Section 8(1) in Gujarat District Mineral Foundation Rules, 2016

(1)The Government shall appoint a State Level Co-ordination Committee for coordination and smooth collection and seamless transfer of funds to the District Mineral Foundation Fund in the respective districts with minimum lag time for better implementation of the District Mineral Foundation across various districts.
