Section 3(1) in The M.P. Swayatta Sahakarita Adhiniyam, 1999
(1)The State Government shall appoint a person to he the Registrar of co-operatives for the State and may appoint one or more officers of the following categories to assist him, namely :-(a)Additional Registrar of Co-operatives;(b)Joint Registrar of Co-operatives;(c)Deputy Registrar of Co-operatives;(d)Assistant Registrar of Co-operatives;(e)Such other categories of officers as may be specified by the State Government in this behalf.
