Section 7(1) in The Punjab Land Revenue (Special Assessments) Rules, 1958
(1)In calculating the net letting value of a representative site, regard shall be had to the following factors :-(a)the present annual rent of the site;(b)the nature of the use to which the site has been put;(c)the capital investment on buildings, machinery, or other structures on the site.
