Section 105(1) in Delhi Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993
(1)The driver of any goods vehicle required by a competent authority under section 114 of the Act, to convey the vehicle to a weighing device shall upon the demand of such a manner that the weight of the vehicle or weight transmitted by any wheel or wheels may be exhibited by the weight-bridge or wheel weigher.
