Heard.

Since the order passed by the High Court simply remands the matter back to the learned Single Judge to enable the parties likely to be affected to appear and oppose the claim made by the petitioner, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned order. The special leave petition is accordingly dismissed. Keeping in view the fact that the matter has been pending for a long time , we request the High Court to make an endeavour to expedite the disposal of the matter preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order.
