Section 12(1) in The Bihar Electricity Supply Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, 1979
(1)The licensee shall, within ninety days from the vesting date or such further time as may be granted by the State Government or the Board, as the case may be, prepare and hand over to them a complete inventory of all the fixed assets belonging to his undertaking and its documents.
