Section 16 in The Bengal Land-Revenue Sales Act, 1859
16. Withdrawal of deposit.
- It shall be competent to the person making a deposit under the provision of the last preceding section, or his representative or assignee, at any time, to withdraw the deposit and to revoke the pledge of the same.
