ORAL ORDER
(Pronounced by Hon'ble Mr. Varun Sindhu Kul Kaumudi, Member(A)) By this Original Application, the applicant is seeking the following relief:
"a. to direct the respondents No. 1 to 3 to issue a No Objection Certificate for applying for the post of Principal, in various Universities of Bihar, Bihar State University Commission, Patna. b. to direct the respondents No. 1 to 3 to issue an Experience Certificate for applying for the post of Principal, in various Universities of Bihar, Bihar State University Commission, Patna and pass such further or other orders as this Hon. Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice, so that the Applicant satisfies the eligibility criteria for recruitment to the post of Principal declared by the Government of Bihar through the Statuses for the Appointment of Principal in Constituent Colleges Governed by Bihar State Universities Act, 1976 and the Patna University Act, 1976.
c. to direct the Respondents No. 1 to 3 to award the cost of the Applicant."
2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Rajnish Pathiyil, and Mr. R. Syed Mustafa, who takes notice for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents produced a status report, signed by the Director, PIPMATE Campus, stating as follows:
"With regard to the OA, the Experience Certificate has been issued on 17.05.2024, and the letter for recommending the NOC has been sent to the Education Secretariat for issue of NOC for applying the post of Principal in various Universities of Bihar, Bihar State University Commission, Patna."3 OA No.310/687/2024
4. The respondents are directed to ensure issue the NOC by Friday, the 21st of June, 2024, and also delivery of the Experience Certificate, if not already delivered, in view of the urgency expressed by the applicant.
5. In view of the direction above, nothing survives for adjudication. In the result, the OA is closed.
