             WRIT PETITION No.25874 of 2016

ORDER:

Heard Sri J. C. Francis, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare, appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 3, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.4 to 6 and Sri Challari Nageswara Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.7 and 8.

2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:

"...to issue a Writ, Order or Direction or more particularly one in the Nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in issuing proceedings R.Dis.No.C4/2427/2014, dated 24.05.2016 in confirming Schedule Caste Certificates of the 7th and 8th respondents without following the provisions of the Constitution of India and the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh (SC, ST and BC) Regulation of issue of Community Certificates Act, 1993 and Rules 1997 which were issued by the 6th respondent through Meeseva Vide No.CGC 078179603, dated 11.07.2013 and Vide Meeseva No.CGC 011263936, dated 20.01.2014 as 2 illegal, arbitrary, unlawful, unjust, unfair irrational Mockery un-Constitutional and against to an Article 14, 16, 19, 21, 339, 340 and 341 of the Constitution of India and against to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh (SC, ST and BC) Regulation of issue of Community Certificates Act, 1993 and Rules 1997 and without jurisdiction and without following due procedure of law and against to the Principles of Natural Justice and also against to the Judgments of an Apex Court and this Hon'ble Court and set aside the same and pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case".

3. Sri J. C. Francis, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly brings to the notice of this Court that no further orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition, in view of the recent order of this Court dated 11.09.2024 passed in W.P.No.42441 of 2015.

4. Bringing the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on record, the Writ Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
