1. Ms. Yashi Agrawal, counsel for Plaintiff, states that she does not press for any reliefs against Defendant No. 5 and accordingly, the said Defendant is deleted from the array of parties.

2. Let an amended memo of parties be filed within a period of one week from today.

3. Plaintiff and Defendants No. 1 to 4 have executed Settlement Agreement dated 24th February, 2023, before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, which is accompanied with a Board Resolution in favour of authorised representatives of Plaintiff as well as consent e-mails written by authorized representatives to the Mediation Centre.

4. Counsel for the parties mentioned in the appearance above confirm the terms of settlement and pray for the suit to be decreed in terms thereof.

5. The Court has perused the said terms and finds the same to be lawful.

6. Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of the Plaintiff and against Defendant Nos. 1 to 4, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 24th February, 2023, which shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

7. In view of the fact that parties have arrived at a compromise, Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of full court fees, in favour of the Plaintiff.

8. Decree sheet be drawn up.

9. Suit and pending applications stand disposed of.
