(3)When the signals prescribed in [the rules of the Air referred to in rule 16 to warn an aircraft that it is flying in the vicinity of restricted, prohibited or danger area] [Substituted by G.S.R. 672(E), dated 12.10.2004 (w.e.f. 14.10.2004).] are given, the pilot of the aircraft shall immediately change his course and fly away from the prohibited area.
