(4)Every amendment, correction, modification or addition made under Section 10 shall be authenticated by the initials of the Assessing Authority in ink and shall, subject to the result of any appeal under Section 15 or any provision under Section 18, take effect from the [respective dates specified in sub-section (3) of Section 10] [Substituted by Notification No. 4310-1806-V-SR, dated 21-10-1966].
