- The [Executive Council] [Throughout the Act for the words 'Board of Management' the words 'Executive Council' substituted by Act No.13 of 1995.] shall prepare during each financial year the annual accounts of the University of the preceeding financial year and submit them to such audit as the Government may direct before the end of the financial year. The accounts so audited shall be published in the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.28, Higher Education (UE) Department, dated 11.09.2015.] Gazette and copies thereof together with copies of audit report shall be submitted to the Academic Senate not later than two years from the end of the financial year to which the accounts relate and also to the Government.
