23. Exemption of fee for registration.
- The agreement mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 9 and also any instrument executed between owner of the land and the agency for giving effect to such agreement shall not be chargeable with any fee under the Registration Act, 1908 (No. 16 of 1908).
