Section 85(1) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha
(1)Amendments shall ordinarily be considered in the order of the clauses of the Bill to which they respectively relate; and in respect of any such clause a motion shall be deemed to have been made: "That this clause do stand part of the Bill."
