Section 41(1) in Orissa State Financial Corporation General Regulations, 1957
(1)Each Director (other than the Managing Director and an employee of any Government, the Reserve Bank of India) shall receive a fee of Rs.100/- for each meeting of the Board and fee for Rs. 80/- for each meeting of the Executive Committee attended by him.
