Section 25(1) in The M.P. Swayatta Sahakarita Adhiniyam, 1999
(1)Every co-operative shall maintain a register of members. The name of every person admitted as a member of the co-operative shall be entered in the register along with such particulars as may be deemed necessary by the board.
