Section 98(1)(a) in The Maharashtra Zilla Parishads and Panchayat Samitis Act, 1961

(a)subject to the general order of the Chief Executive Officer, grant leave of absence to officers or servants of Class III service or of Class IV service of the Zilla Parishad working under the Panachayat Samiti; and
