Section 389(2)(a) in Nagaland Municipal Act, 2001

(a)To restrict the slaughter of any animal in any place on the occasion of any religious festival or ceremony, subject to such conditions where non-compliance with which, shall be punishable under this Act, as the Chief Officer may, by public or special notice, impose in this behalf; or
