Section 10(9) in Sikkim Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1983
(9)dealing mainly in the sale of pan, bidis, cigarettes, safety matches and other ancillary articles shall, on any day, be kept open after 9 p m.:Provided that any customer who was being served or was waiting to be served at such closing hour in any shop may be served in such shop during the quarter of an hour immediately following such hour.
