31. Sanction of budget estimates.
- The Authority shall consider the budget estimates submitted to it under section 30 and approve the same with or without modifications on or before such date as the State Government may, from time to time, determine. The budget estimates forwarded by every Board shall form part of the budget estimates of the Authority.
